MarCom Manager – Air Handling Units (1-Year Contract)

About the role
Swegon is a high-performing and fast-growing company. To support our continued success and cover for a maternity leave, we are looking for a temporary MarCom Manager for our Air Handling Unit (AHU) business. This is a 1-year contract position, with possibility of extension, where you will play a key role in preparing for and executing product launch activities and supporting our continuous marketing and communication efforts.
You will report to the Head of Marketing for the AHU business and work closely with Product Management, technical writers, local sales teams, and Group Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive and execute marketing activities with a strong focus on product launches.
• Translate technical product features into compelling value propositions and customer-centric messaging.
• Plan and implement effective go-to-market tactics in collaboration with product management and local sales teams.
• Develop campaign material tailored to various market needs.
• Maintain and update core content and communication channels to reflect the latest product developments.
• Act as project manager and contributor in cross-functional initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities to ensure continuous improvement.
The location for this position is Gothenburg, with regular travel to our Kvänum site.
Who You Are
To thrive in this position, we believe that you are a curious and creative product marketer who can effectively translate technical concepts into customer-focused marketing messages and content. You enjoy crafting value propositions and compelling arguments to various audiences for maximum impact, preferably with strong storytelling skills.
You should have:
• Solid experience in marketing and communications, ideally in a B2B or technical environment.
• Proven ability to manage product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience working cross-functionally in an international setting.
• Structured approach, capable of navigating between details and the bigger picture.
• Ability to engage and inspire people around you.
• Relevant education in marketing (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
