Are you passionate about creating business value through user‑friendly digital tools and well‑designed sales processes? As our new Product Owner for CRM & Sales Tools, you will play a key role in shaping how Swegon’s sales teams work—every day, across markets.
You will take responsibility for our core sales tools, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and SBT Sales, Swegon’s in‑house developed CPQ (Configure–Price–Quote) solution. Your mission is to ensure these tools truly support our sales organization and become a natural, value‑creating part of their workflow. You will also take a strategic, long‑term perspective—ensuring our CRM and CPQ solutions enable growth, efficiency, and commercial excellence across the organization.
About the Role
You will join a collaborative team that works closely with sales, field service, factories, and IT. Together, we support the commercial organization by continuously developing the digital tools and processes that help sales teams work efficiently, meet customer needs, and achieve growth.
In this role, you will not only translate business needs into actionable development, but also shape and own the long‑term strategic roadmap for our CRM and CPQ platforms. Your understanding of their strategic value for sales effectiveness, data-driven decision making, and commercial performance will be essential to ensure we build solutions that support Swegon’s future ambitions.
The position is based in Gothenburg.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for CRM and SBT Sales (CPQ) platforms, ensuring they effectively support the needs of the global sales organization. This responsibility also includes owning, developing, and communicating the long‑term strategic product roadmap for CRM and CPQ, aligning it with business goals and the wider corporate strategy.
The role involves the responsibility to ensure that the tool becomes a natural part of daily sales work, contributing to both efficiency and top‑line growth as well as to lead CRM implementations projects in various markets. You will actively participate and have ideas of how to improve the entire sales processes by supporting strategic initiatives such as enhancements to pricing models and commercial workflows. You also serve as the link between super users, sales teams, and IT development, ensuring clarity and alignment around needs and solutions.
Furthermore, you plan and coordinate training and onboarding for new markets, teams, and functionalities, while identifying challenges related to new ways of working and helping solve them through communication, support, and structured change‑management activities.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, we believe you are structured, communicative, solution‑oriented, and have a genuine interest in helping people succeed through improving tools, processes and supporting users. You can balance long‑term strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and understand the commercial value that CRM and CPQ tools create when used effectively.
We believe the right person is more important than a specific educational background, but we assume you have in‑depth experience in areas such as CRM, CPQ, digital process development, or similar domains. You possess strong coordination and change‑management skills, along with solid project‑management capabilities to lead cross‑functional international initiatives. Consequently, this means that you are fluent in English, spoken and written and have good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including tools such as Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI.
It is a plus if you have/do:
It is considered an advantage if you have a track record of leading CRM adoption/implementations across multiple markets that created measurable value through efficiency improvements or increased revenue. Experience working closely with technical roles—such as developers, solution architects, or CRM specialists—to translate business needs into high‑quality platform solutions is also beneficial.
At the end of your personal letter, please include a short reflection (3–4 sentences) describing a situation where you improved a tool, process, or workflow in your previous role, and explain what you learned from that specific experience.
