About the Position

Swegon is a company experiencing strong growth and has expanded both organically and through acquisitions over the years. To continue developing our business, we are now seeking an HR Director who will primarily work on development within the Business Area Room Units (BARU). We are looking for someone with a strategic focus and a strong interest in understanding the business and what is required to grow it.

You will mainly work with the strategic HR agenda of the business area, and we expect you to have good knowledge in areas such as senior recruitment, management support, organizational development, business understanding, cultural awareness, as well as succession planning.

As HR Director, you are part of BARU's management team and work closely with the VP BARU, Group HR Director, and other HRBPs within BARU. Regular travel is required, both nationally and internationally. You report to the CCO, Swegon Group AB, and you are also expected to support HR work at the group level.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you have extensive experience in independently driving and developing the HR area within an organization. You have held leadership positions and possess experience working in international companies. In addition, you have good knowledge of organizational development and change management.

As a person, you are communicative, solution-oriented, and have a high degree of personal integrity.
