About the position:
The M&A Senior Analyst will support and manage M&A activities for the Swegon Group, contributing to our growth strategy with a strong acquisition agenda. This position includes pipeline management, opportunity assessment and valuation, managing Due Diligence processes, and providing supporting documentation for decisions.

- Additionally, it is desirable if you have experience in M&A, corporate finance, consulting, or corporate strategy, and experience working in a dynamic and high-paced environment.
Your profile:
To succeed in this role, you possess commercial and analytical skills and are capable of handling multiple tasks with various stakeholders, teams, and countries in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You are used to handling a large set of information, have the ability to prioritize, and at the same time keep focus on the details. Effective communication with different stakeholders in a collaborative and trustworthy manner is essential. Integrity and the ability to manage sensitive information are crucial, as well as a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
As a person, you are analytical, collaborative, and solution-oriented.
